The firm's leadership has built one of the most high-calibre FIG franchises in the market—hiring 30 professionals exclusively from top-tier institutions, including Bulge Brackets and elite boutiques. With five Managing Directors and three Senior Directors onboarded to date, our build-out is approaching its final phase. We are now looking to further strengthen the team at the Vice President level. Role Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly growing FIG M&A platform. You will play an integral role in transaction execution, client engagement, and the development of junior team members, while contributing to business development efforts and the strategic direction of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage execution of complex M&A and capital markets transactions across the FIG landscape (insurance, banking, asset & wealth management, specialty finance, etc.)
- Support origination efforts through market analysis, pitch preparation, and client dialogue
- Contribute to building and maintaining trusted client relationships
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture
- Collaborate closely with senior leaders to shape the firm’s FIG coverage strategy
