The Minimum Qualifications to be a Ready-Mix Truck Driver include the following:

1. Must possess a valid Texas CDL – Class A or B required.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Must have at least 2 years driving experience.
4. Must be able to pass a DOT Physical and maintain an active DOT medical qualification.
5. Must be able to pass a DOT Drug Screen.
6. Must be able to pass the verification of driving record, MVR.
7. Must be able to work overtime when required.

The Requirements of a Ready-Mix Truck Driver include:

1. Successful completion of the New Hire Training Program.
2. Dedication to Safety.
3. Obeying all applicable traffic laws.
4. Adhering to DOT rules and regulations, including completing all appropriate documentation.
5. Adherence to Company Policies and Procedures.
6. Performing general labor duties when necessary.
7. You must be able to lift a 100-pound sack 4 1/2 feet high.
