Main Responsibilities
- Maintain luxury standards of cleanliness and service at all times
- Greet guests professionally
- Service guest bedrooms to luxury standards
- Communicate effectively with Housekeeping Supervisors
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Handle guest property left behind appropriately
- Comply with all Health and Safety regulations
- Use cleaning chemicals in line with COSHH guidelines

- Has a keen eye for detail
- Understands and adheres to luxury standards
- Can work independently and as part of a team
- Possesses good communication skills and high spoken English proficiency
- Is physically fit
