I am eager to speak to teachers of all experience levels, across all subject and key stage specialisms.

What do you need?

• A teaching qualification with QTS, applicable to any key stage/subject specialism (we are open to NQTs eager to work in specialist settings)
• Additional training qualifications such as Team Teach or PECS (desired but not essential)
• Evidence of understanding individualised learning and adapting schemes of work to meet students\’ needs
• Patience and a flexible attitude towards learning
• A passion to make a positive difference
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• An understanding of the national curriculum
