Masterclass Education is working with a local specialist education setting that is looking for teachers to join their teams in 2025! I am eager to speak to teachers of all experience levels, across all subject and key stage specialisms. We currently have many opportunities across the West Yorkshire area, with new vacancies emerging daily. Whatever your preferences, we can assist!
What do you need?
- A teaching qualification with QTS, applicable to any key stage/subject specialism (we are open to NQTs eager to work in specialist settings)
- Additional training qualifications such as Team Teach or PECS (desired but not essential)
- Evidence of understanding individualised learning and adapting schemes of work to meet students' needs
- Patience and a flexible attitude towards learning
- A passion to make a positive difference
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- An understanding of the national curriculum
