If so, this could be the role for you… Our Centre Managers are responsible for the overall management and leadership of their centre and team and are ultimately accountable for performance in all operational areas including people, service operations, profit, sales and administrative duties. This is a hands-on role so you will spend time in the service bays with the team, training, motivating and assisting when necessary to ensure a seamless and timely operation is maintained. Ideally you should also be experienced and qualified to carry out MOT testing, fast fit repairs or servicing as and when required, according to the demands of the business operation.
