We are seeking an Exams Officer to support a post 16 education setting on a full time basis! This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth execution of exams and compliance with all JQC regulatory standards.

Day-to-day of the role of an Exams Officer:
- Administer all exam processes including timetabling, room allocation, and materials preparation.
- Communicate effectively with students, staff, and examination boards.
- Maintain accurate records of all examinations and results.
- Assist in the training and coordination of invigilators.
- Resolve any exam-related issues promptly and efficiently.
