Part 2 Architectural Assistant for Boutique Residential Studio

About this role An award-winning boutique studio in Islington is looking for a Part 2 architectural assistant who is technically competent to help deliver beautifully crafted projects. You will have a key role in the office assisting on a range of contemporary high-end residential projects. This studio would suit someone who has a keen eye for design, enjoys working meticulously through bespoke detailing, and is eager to join a growing studio in West London. Vectorworks fluency would be preferable. Key Responsibilities Assist daily on new-build and refurbishment projects within the high-end residential sector. Oversee documentation in Vectorworks. Liaise with clients, local authorities, and consultants. Assist in supervising works on site. Skills and Experience Part 2 Architect with experience delivering high-quality residential projects. Background focused on design. Interested in working on small-to-medium bespoke refurbishment and new build schemes. Expert technical experience with good knowledge of UK construction methods and materials. Excellent command of Vectorworks, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
