We’re hiring an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join our busy print production team. If you have a keen eye for detail and enjoy working with high-performance printing machinery, this could be the role for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up, operate, and monitor printing machines (e.g., flexo, offset, digital, or screen printing presses)
• Load materials and ensure machines are running to specification
• Perform quality checks and ensure print jobs meet required standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform routine maintenance
• Follow production schedules and meet daily targets
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a machine or press operator in the printing industry
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to read job specs, layouts, and work orders
• Physically fit – able to stand for long periods and lift materials as needed
• Team player with good communication skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours or rotating shifts, if required
