Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled Applications Manager, Corporate Systems to lead and manage our suite of internal enterprise applications supporting Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Compliance, and Legal teams. This includes systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP/MRP/Supply Chain), Workday (HRIS), ComplianceWire, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools, and integration platforms like MuleSoft. The successful candidate will ensure the health, performance, and continual evolution of these systems through metrics-driven governance and clear roadmapping, enabling business growth with strong controls and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the IT system owner and strategic lead for internal corporate systems: D365 (ERP, MRP, Supply Chain), Workday, Compliance Wire, CLM, MuleSoft integrations, and related platforms.
  • Define and manage the application roadmap in collaboration with IT business partners and system owners across Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Compliance, and Legal.
  • Partner with PMO to execute successful technical implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
  • Lead a team of business analysts and solutions architects, coaching them through sprints, backlog management, and on-time delivery.
  • Identify and drive process efficiencies, reduce technical debt, and champion best practices.
  • Manage vendor and MSP relationships, ensuring SLAs are met and budgets are maintained.
  • Own release planning, testing, change management, and post-rollout support.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs around system uptime, performance, user adoption, utilization rates, and data quality.
  • Oversee user access, roles, and permissions with strong data governance and security protocols.
  • Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Security, and QA to maintain regulatory alignment (e.g., GxP, SOX, GDPR).
  • Mentor analysts or administrators and engage vendor expertise as needed.
  • Support enterprise-wide initiatives such as system consolidation, international expansion, and operating model evolution.

Experience

  • Deep experience managing enterprise systems—ERP, HRIS, compliance systems, and integration platforms—preferably in biotech, pharma, or regulated environments.
  • Proven track record owning full system lifecycles, including strategy, roadmapping, implementation, support, and upgrades.
  • Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Workday, MuleSoft, ComplianceWire, and CLM platforms.
  • Strong capabilities in integration architecture, API/data flow design, and performance monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage application metrics and dashboards for system health and business adoption.
  • Experience leading internal IT teams or vendors, with proven stakeholder management across functions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and frameworks (SOX, GxP, GDPR).
  • Effective communicator with excellent leadership and collaboration skills.
  • Bonus: experience within the CAR-T or broader cell therapy landscape.
