Hybrid Working
Dealing with Non Marine and Property Treaty XL Business.
Reporting directly to the Divisional Director you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Generate new contract and renewal enquiries.
- Submit enquiries to underwriters in the market.
- Submit endorsements and amendments to existing policies for approval.
- Develop and maintain new and existing relationships with Underwriters, Agents and Clients.
- Provide support to the director with regard to all broking requirements.
- Research (Re)insurance companies and their various products to find the most suitable insurance for clients at the best terms and price.
- Arrange specialised (Re)insurance cover in complex cases; preparing reports for underwriters and negotiating as required.
- Advise clients/agents on specific risk management.
- Produce and process open market slips and assist with binding authorities.
- Produce slips/endorsements, evidence of cover, cover notes, policy schedules, debit notes and monthly lineslip declarations.
- Process entries/contract on all computer systems including Brokasure.
- Assist in claims handling as required.
- Compliance with procedures and regulatory requirements.
