With a starting salary of £24,099 pro rata per annum, our Health & Fitness Advisors (Gym Instructors) are passionate professionals who help people to live well & for longer. Health & Fitness Advisors create fantastic experiences full of energy and enthusiasm for our customers. As a friendly face on the gym floor who helps customers of all ages & abilities with their health & fitness needs – from new gym users, to rehabilitation and pushing the hardcore harder – you’ll help each & every customer make the most of their workout.
Delivering incredible inductions and designing programmes to help people achieve their goals is a huge part of the job, and equally as important Health & Fitness Advisors also take responsibility for keeping our gyms vibrant, safe & clean places that people want to come back to time and time again. If you enjoy working as part of a team & making people smile, our Health & Fitness Advisor job is perfect for you! It’s also a great way to boost your career in the leisure industry – with many Health & Fitness Advisors developing further – for example as Personal Trainers, Fitness Instructors and Duty Managers.
