We’re working with an award winning, long established, reputable independent Managing Agent in Hertfordshire who are looking to hire an additional Assistant Property Manager as follows:

Working part home, part office based (Watford)

Vibrant, friendly team with excellent atmosphere and support

Assisting with the management a well-run, compact portfolio of RMC blocks situated across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Essex and North London

Supporting the Property Management team in their undertaking of the full range of property management duties, from budget setting to insurance provision and major works.

Liaison with in-house accounts and admin teams whilst working towards full property manager status enabling management of a starter portfolio of blocks over time

Providing a Resident led, high quality customer focused service to long held estates/clients, ensuring developments are visited regularly and queries dealt with promptly., Budget Management

The successful Assistant Property Manager can expect a starting basic salary up to £35k alongside 24 days holiday (plus public), time off in lieu (for any work outside core hours), wellbeing allowance and pension.
