The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
Your focus will be to support learners in reaching their goals and achieving their qualifications. As the first point of contact, you will provide guidance and motivation throughout their learning journey with Realise.
Please note, this role is subject to contract win. You will be offered a July start date in time for delivery in August.
While daily activities may vary, your key responsibilities are likely to include:
- Delivering educational qualifications in hubs, community venues, or online, ensuring accessible and tailored learning.
- Managing a caseload of learners, addressing barriers to achievement, and supporting their learning journey.
- Collaborating with learner recruitment and quality assurance teams to ensure best practices, curriculum improvement, and high achievement rates.
- Handling post-enrollment administration, ensuring compliance, accurate documentation, and timely paperwork submission.
- Monitoring learner attendance, conducting assessments, providing feedback, finalizing marking, and invigilating exams as required.
- Maintaining professional competency through CPD, embedding Safeguarding and British Values, and participating in external quality assurance activities.
- Representing Realise professionally at events, engaging with learners, employers, and referral partners like Jobcentre Plus.

About You:
- Ability to inspire and motivate learners from diverse backgrounds to achieve their goals.
- Teaching experience with knowledge of SEND, Autism, and Forest Schools is desirable.
- Recent frontline operational experience relevant to the qualifications delivered.
- Minimum Level 3 teaching qualification (AET, PTLLS) and assessing qualification (CAVA, TAQA, A1, D32, D33).
- Occupational competency in the subject(s) taught, with a commitment to maintaining this.
- UK driving licence, own vehicle, and willingness to travel as needed.
- Some evening work may be required, to be discussed at interview.
