Key Responsibilities

  • Provide general labour support to site
  • Load and unload building materials and distribute to appropriate locations
  • Remove rubbish and building material from work areas
  • Dig trenches, backfill holes etc. to prepare for construction
  • Clean and prepare construction sites as needed
  • Follow all health and safety regulations and wear appropriate PPE at all times
  • Maintain a clean and organised work environment
  • Assist with basic measurements and marking positions
  • Report any hazards or safety concerns to site management

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous construction site experience preferred but not essential for right candidate
  • Valid CSCS card (or willingness to obtain one)
  • Understanding of basic construction site safety procedures
  • Physically fit and able to perform demanding manual labour
  • Ability to follow instructions accurately

Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 5:30pm

Outdoor work in various weather conditions. Physically demanding role requiring lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods. Must adhere to all site safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE.
