Midweight Graphic Designer
Start Date : asap / early July 2025
This is a full time, permanent role, with 4 days in the office in Shepherd’s Bush and Fridays working from home.

The Role
Wyse is seeking a talented midweight graphic designer with strong social content skills, to deliver elevated and fashion forward assets across all marketing and ecommerce channels.
We’re looking for 3-5 years previous experience in the fashion retail sector, creative flair and expertise in design, that aligns with the Wyse brand values. It is critical that you have experience in creating content for Instagram.
This is an exciting opportunity to work within a closeknit team, reporting in to the Head of Marketing, and is an essential role in how the customer experiences Wyse London.
Responsibilities
- Creation of daily product launch assets for email, social and the website, in collaboration with the Marketing Coordinator.
- Ideation and creation of social first content (predominantly Instagram reels). Whether this is using animation skills with existing still imagery, attending shoots to capture behind the scenes content, or creating lo-fi video in the office, social content is a huge part of Wyse.
- Responsible for outputting regular catalogues within structured time frames with a high level of accuracy and packaged ready for print.
- Responsible for ad hoc creation of in store assets and outputting ready for print.
- Participating in the ideation of content and campaigns. Working closely with the freelance Art Director to deliver fashion led, creative responses to briefs.
- The owner of continuously pushing creative forward and bringing new creative concepts to the table to test across channels. Regularly sharing concepts and treatments to try.
- Running the image management process for the business, in coordination with the freelance Art Director and external studio team. Participating in image selection from shoots, ensuring timelines and retouch notes are coordinated and shared, and final images are saved and shared with relevant teams.
Key Skills
- Demonstrable track record of design and production skills for retail/ecommerce brands – please share your portfolio and examples of your work with us.
- Experience in creating animated and still social media assets from existing imagery and video is essential.
- Enthusiasm for fashion, ecommerce and retail. You keep up to date with the latest social and fashion trends.
- Highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma. Familiarity with Canva, Capcut or other social editing apps is useful, but not essential.
- Experienced in creating content for variety of marketing channels, to be able to create assets fit for each channels purpose, with guidance from the Marketing team and external media agencies.
- Previous experience in outputting catalogues to print.
- An understanding of art direction, design principles and trends. Enthusiasm to contribute to planning of shoots and content creation for 360 campaigns across multiple channels.
- Comfortable in attending photo shoots and capturing lo-fi content.
- Familiarity with Klaviyo would be beneficial, but not a must have.
- Previous experience in Capture One and image management would be beneficial, but not a must have.
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
- Must be an ambitious, hands-on, self-starter who loves to learn, try new things and develop ideas independently.
- Confident and friendly, with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude. Ability to collaborate within a tight team of marketing and ecommerce, plus communication with external freelancers and agencies.
