An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Chief Stewardess to join a fast-paced, UHNW household based in central London. This is a lifestyle-led role requiring exceptional organisational skills, leadership, and discretion. You will be responsible for the smooth daily running of the residence and for setting the standard of service and professionalism across the household team.

Key Requirements:

• Yacht background is essential; private household or butler experience highly desirable
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage
• Emotionally intelligent, mature, and capable of managing both people and complex logistics
• Able to multitask while maintaining exceptional attention to detail under pressure
• Strong leadership skills with a calm, composed, and confident presence
• Quick to learn and able to absorb extensive household systems and information within a short timeframe
• Well-presented, discreet, and proactive in approach
• Seeking a long-term role with the desire to become an integral and trusted part of the household
