Your key responsibilities include:
- Welcoming every customer with a smile and being genuinely friendly
- Providing fast, friendly, and accurate service
- Resolving simple customer inquiries and referring complex issues to a Manager
- Ensuring food is prepared, stored, and the preparation areas meet Health & Safety standards
- Carrying out temperature checks and recording results as per company procedures
- Completing daily and weekly cleaning schedules
- Maintaining product quality, service speed, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Adhering to restaurant performance standards and shift manager instructions
- Contributing to the restaurant’s goals and targets
- Maintaining operational and kitchen areas to exceed customer expectations, including restocking
- Reporting near misses, injuries, and illnesses promptly
- Following safety procedures and wearing PPE when required
