Accountabilities:
- Conduct routine environmental monitoring across Water, Construction, and Compliance sectors following company protocols, quality assurance standards, and client specifications.
- Perform routine checks and maintenance of environmental control systems and client infrastructure.
- Provide professional and reliable service to clients at Enitial.
- Liaise with clients on-site, building trust for dependable, long-term relationships.
- Maintain a positive image of Enitial by keeping equipment, vehicles, and PPE clean.
- Respect company equipment and vehicles, ensuring calibrations and maintenance are completed as per protocols.
- Work collaboratively within regional teams, supporting and maintaining morale.
- Report deviations or non-conformances impacting data integrity to relevant managers.
- Manage time efficiently, reviewing schedules and suggesting improvements.
- Accurately manage and report data in line with client and company requirements.
- Identify potential site works that could benefit Enitial and clients.
- Prioritize safety, reporting accidents and near misses immediately.
- Comply with the βStay Safeβ remote working policy when on-site.
- Coordinate with laboratories and couriers to ensure sample compliance.
- Assist with training new employees, supporting their onboarding process.
- Complete routine administrative tasks, including expenses and vehicle checks.
