Key Responsibilities:- Deliver exceptional service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.
- Perform treatments with precision, professionalism, and consistency.
- Adhere to treatment times and follow training guidelines meticulously.
- Ensure all treatment rooms are kept clean and well-maintained.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with spa guests.
- Holds an internationally recognized qualification in Beauty Therapy (e.g., NVQ Level 2 and 3, BTEC, or equivalent).
- A qualification in massage therapy is essential.
- Experience with Elemis products is desirable.
- Professional, well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Flexibility to work both weekdays and weekends.
- Strong customer care skills with the ability to work under pressure.
