Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an EE Guide, located in Edmonton Green. The EE Guide will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting customers with their mobile and fixed communication needs, and ensuring a positive in-store experience. Daily tasks include engaging with customers, demonstrating products and services, handling inquiries, and resolving any issues. Additionally, the EE Guide will contribute to achieving sales targets and maintaining store presentation standards.
Qualifications
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Effective communication and active listening abilities
- Sales experience and the ability to achieve sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of mobile and fixed communication services is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other store technology
