Job Overview
This is a term-time plus 2 week permanent position (40 weeks per year).
Salary – Grade 6 Point 9 (Actual Salary £22,104).

Job Purpose
- The post holder will be a member of the Care and Guidance Team and will take responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the student attendance system.
- Produce and analyse data in line with current Ofsted requirements, and respond pro-actively by engaging with students and families.
- Work to improve attendance across the school.
- To act as a key representative with teachers, tutors, parents, and carers to ensure they are supported throughout their time at school.
- To work as part of a team, supporting teaching staff, support staff, SENDCO, and Heads of Departments/Years.
