This is an ideal opportunity to start your career in Learning and Development as an L&D Technical Trainer. Reporting to the Learning and Development Manager, this role focuses on delivering and facilitating the Trainee Associate Surveyor Programme, supporting Technical Partners, and driving continuous improvement from the front line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and facilitate the AssocRICS Trainee/Graduate and SAVA programmes, ensuring alignment with RICS standards and curriculum.
  • Manage the end-to-end trainee journey, from onboarding to AssocRICS accreditation.
  • Deliver engaging technical training sessions on surveying, building pathology, and relevant legislation.
  • Monitor and evaluate training success, using feedback and data for continuous improvement.
  • Share insights with L&D Technical Partners to enhance training programs.
  • Contribute to managing increasing demand for technical training.
  • Collaborate with the L&D Manager to align training initiatives with organizational goals.

Qualifications and Experience

  • AssocRICS, MRICS, or FRICS qualification.
  • Technical knowledge of Building Pathology, relevant legislation, and construction standards.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to facilitate engaging sessions.
  • Basic understanding of L&D principles and structured learning delivery.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging participants and managing group dynamics.
  • Experience in tracking training participation and feedback for reporting.
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Word, and Excel for materials development and reporting.
