As our company continues to grow, weβre seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Administrator to become a key part of our team.
Main Duties
- Answering phone calls and responding to emails in a professional and timely manner.
- Scheduling work for our lawn technicians, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Organising vehicle and equipment maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
- Handling very basic banking and accounting tasks.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic understanding of banking and accounting.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Experience in an administrative role is preferred.
- Comfortable with remote work and proficient with using a computer and phone for work tasks.
- A part-time work schedule from 9am to 2pm, Monday to Friday.
