The team also pursues recoveries of money and assets stolen through fraud, including injunctive relief and work for corporate crime insurers. We seek solicitors with a strong academic background and at least 2+ years of experience in this practice area. Candidates should have sound technical ability, with experience in multi-track property damage liability claims, subrogated recoveries, and policy coverage disputes. Experience handling complex disputes related to fires, water and oil escapes, subsidence, and construction & engineering incidents is required. We value excellent communicators, litigators, confident negotiators, and those with strong commercial acumen. Experience in resolving disputes through various forms of ADR is also desirable.
