Job Description
This is a superb role for a Senior Private Client fee earner with a bias in Estate Management and Probate matters.
Our client is a Legal 500, offering legal services across all areas of law, and their Private Client team is large and boasts a superb reputation. This role is due to increased work and a need for a senior fee earner to join the collaborative and professional team and take over a caseload immediately.
The team is a mix of fee earners at different stages of their careers and you will have paralegal support and also work with like-minded Partners in a role that will provide continued career development. Client care is the key focus, you will work with the elderly and families in need of legal support and advice as particularly stressful times in their life, and your communication style will be clear, concise and with empathy.
The bias of this role is probate matters and will writing and the team have the luxury of wealth advisors and tax accountants whom you will work with also. You will have the opportunity to raise your own profile, work with the marketing team and attend industry seminars in a real career opportunity that is offering a caried and interesting caseload.
We are seeking a Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate at least 5 years 5+ PQE with an interest in Probate and Estate Administration. Ideally STEP membership.
