Role Responsibilities:
- Undertaking Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, and Automation (EICA) engineering design work on water industry projects and others.
- Participating in all engineering aspects of project delivery, including feasibility, initial design, detailed design, and site liaison.
- Gaining experience through rotation into site, commercial, and managerial roles, with potential flexibility in future location.
- Designing, producing site plans, general arrangements, and calculations within specified timescales.
- Collaborating with professionals and JV construction partners in multidisciplinary teams.
- Coordinating work with other offices and liaising with engineers and professionals within Binnies.
- Preparing technical and non-technical reports.
- Ensuring designs consider buildability and health & safety requirements.
- Communicating effectively with stakeholders.
- Supporting design activities during construction.
About You:
- Qualifications to achieve CEng or IEng in Electrical or Instrumentation Engineering or related disciplines.
- Ambition to work towards Chartered or Incorporated membership of the IET, IMC, or similar.
