Your Role Kuehne + Nagel operates extensive Customer Care locations across the UK, supporting efficient shipment movement via our airfreight network. Your Responsibilities This is a 24-month apprenticeship combining practical on-the-job training with a Level 3 International Freight Forwarding qualification. You will learn to: Proactively advise and consult with customers to ensure satisfaction. Monitor shipments and provide updates, collaborating to resolve issues before they escalate. Exchange knowledge with sales and account management teams. Liaise with operational centers to facilitate shipment execution. Escalate unresolved issues to your line manager. Ensure compliance with all relevant standards. Your Skills and Experiences Minimum GCSEs at grades 3-9/A*-D including Maths & English. Passionate about customer service, with a strong work ethic and effective communication skills. Good planning, organization, and multitasking abilities. Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Excel is beneficial. Applicants must have been resident in the EEA for at least 3 years; visa sponsorship is not available. Willing to undergo security checks, including criminal record and identity verification. This is an entry-level position; experienced candidates may consider other roles. Key Information Contract: Fixed-term, 2 years Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:30 – 17:00 Location: Initially onsite, with potential for 2 days remote work after training.
