Role Overview: As a Design and Technology Instructor Technician, you will be supporting the department that teaches students from Years 7 to 13. The subject is optional after Year 9, with students following an OCR GCSE and an AQA A-level course. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support to teachers and students in the Design and Technology department. Assist in the preparation of materials and resources for lessons. Maintain and manage equipment, ensuring all tools and machinery are in safe working order. Support students in using Autodesk Inventor and Techsoft 2D Design CAD software. Requirements: Relevant experience or qualifications in Design and Technology. Proficiency in Autodesk Inventor and Techsoft 2D Design CAD software.
