Responsibilities:
- You’ll take full ownership of the CRM marketing calendar, managing end-to-end campaign delivery across email and push channels.
- You’ll use testing and data insight to continually improve performance and ensure communications are timely, relevant, and effective.
- Own and manage the CRM marketing calendar to drive customer engagement and hit KPIs.
- Generate new content ideas and align campaigns with wider marketing plans.
- Deliver campaigns from brief to build, working closely with copy and design.
- Plan, execute and analyse A/B tests to optimise performance.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to ensure accurate product communication.
- Ensure all campaigns meet GDPR compliance requirements.
- Champion CRM best practice and continuous improvement.
Skills and Experience:
- We’re looking for someone with a great mix of creativity, commercial thinking, and attention to detail.
- You’ll likely have hands-on experience with CRM tools and campaign delivery.
- Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
- A data-led approach to marketing with proven analytical skills.
- Experience running campaigns across multiple channels (email, push).
- Basic HTML knowledge for email editing.
- Familiarity with Blueshift CRM is a big plus.
