HRLife are working with an innovative, successful growing business to find them a pro-active, generalist HR Officer to join their team and get involved in everything people. This would suit someone who has previous HR experience in a UK based company, working towards their CIPD and is hungry to learn, do a great job and work with brilliant people. You’ll be working in a small HR team looking after UK and European employees supporting the whole employee experience ensuring they are well looked after, performing well and engaged! Key responsibilities will include; Supporting the full recruitment process – from creating and posting job adverts, coordinating interviews through to preparing offer letters and contracts, references through to on-boarding and managing their first day induction. Organising engagement and well-being events, promoting and communicating on new well being initiatives Overseeing the full lifecycle administration process from maintaining all employee records, managing the starters and leavers process, coordinating with payroll on changes and bonuses Managing the HR inbox, responding to queries regarding holiday, benefits and HR policies Updating HR policies as needed Be the HRIS expert, training managers as needed and providing reports and data for Managers Support the performance management process, L&D events and maintain training records Coordinate the off boarding process including exit interviews This is a great opportunity for someone who can work at pace, enjoys being visible, building relationships and is able to manage their time effectively and spin many plates! If you’ve had experience of supporting employees in EMEA, then that would be a distinct advantage, but not essential. Ideally you’ll have completed your CIPD Level 3 and have a desire to study Level 5, you’ll already have some HR experience in a UK business and be looking to develop and learn new skills. You’ll need to live locally and able to easily commute to Oxford 4 days a week. Parking onsite. Great benefits on offer – 20% bonus, healthcare, pension and CIPD sponsorship too.
