This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-quality employment practice where you will have the opportunity to do corporate support, advisory, and contentious matters. The employment practice is largely standalone, and the law firm is full-service, providing incredible variety in the type of employment work you would undertake.
You will be part of one of the larger teams in the market, receiving plenty of support on matters. Additionally, there is extensive training from Partners who actively engage in training and possess strong technical and commercial skills.
The team is incredibly collegiate and supportive, offering ample career progression opportunities in business development or alternative routes, such as becoming a knowledge lawyer in time.
The ideal candidate will have:
- At least two years of employment experience in Private Practice England and Wales or Common Law qualified
- Strong academics
