Contract: 6 month, possible extension or permanent role after

Location: Office based/Hybrid – Edenbridge

Hours: 9am – 2.30pm (or very similar)

Salary: £25,000 DOE (pro rata)

Key elements of the role:

• Dealing with general office management

• Monitor and order office supplies to maintain inventory levels

• Assist with fleet management – managing booking in vehicles for service, ensuring tax/mot’s are carried out

• Opening post and issuing to right departments

• Assist with ensuring company plant is tested and inspected

• Assist with managing subcontractor documentation and ensuring that we have their up to date insurances, licences, accreditations

• Assist with company events, meetings and or team building activities

• Assisting current Office Manager

Skills

• Experience of working within an office based administrative role

• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office – Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel and the internet. Training will be given for specific IT tools including our Finance System.

• Confident over the phone.

• Strong self-management.

• Good attitude to learn and the ability to meet deadlines through excellent planning and organisational skills.

• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.

• Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills.

• Comfortable working on your own as well as part of a team.
