To be considered for this position, you must be ITIL Certified (any level will be fine). You MUST also have extensive and recent experience in IT Controls Governance and exposure to joiner/leaver/mover processes. Strong audit remediation experience is required for this position.
Usual Microsoft Desktop Support skills required: Windows, AD, Azure, Office 365, Intune, PC, Laptop Support, Remote Support, Exchange, etc. This is mainly a 1st and 2nd Line Technical Support position.
