Job Summary and Key Responsibilities: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Trainer on a fixed term basis covering Maternity. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high quality training and development solutions for our employees, either remotely or in-person. The ideal candidate will have a passion for training, excellent communication skills, and knowledge of current and emerging training trends. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact through sharing knowledge and facilitating learning experiences.

  • Develop and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions aligned to business needs and supporting the growth of the business.
  • Customise training content to meet the specific needs and objectives of our employees and the business.
  • Support the integration of incoming staff during TUPE processes by delivering tailored training sessions and ensuring a smooth transition aligned with company standards and practices.
  • Utilise a variety of instructional techniques and multimedia tools to enhance learning effectiveness.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment conducive to active participation and knowledge retention.
  • Adapt training delivery based on participant feedback and performance assessments.
  • Support developing and coaching future managers through to future directors.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new developments relevant to the training content.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve training materials and methodologies.

What are we looking for:

  • Proven experience as a trainer or educator, preferably in a corporate or adult learning environment.
  • Experience of sales, leadership and people development (Desirable).
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and LMS.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • CIPD qualification (minimum level 3) or equivalent (desirable).
  • Ability to engage and motivate diverse teams across different levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
