Content Game Design InternOffroad Games is looking for a motivated and creative Content Game Design Intern to join our London-based team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about game design, with a strong interest in content creation, level design, and narrative. You’ll contribute to the ongoing development of our flagship mobile title, Chrome Valley Customs.🎯 What We’re Looking For:A strong interest in games, particularly free-to-play mobile titlesA background in game design, narrative design, or game developmentCuriosity and willingness to work across various areas such as LiveOps, level design and narrativeA portfolio showcasing any relevant game design work is highly encouraged Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishProactive, organised, and detail-oriented mindsetStrong collaboration and interpersonal skillsExperience with Unity, Google Sheets, Miro, or equivalent toolsInterest in using generative AI tools to support creative workflowsFluency in a second language is a plus (for localization support)🧩 What You’ll Be Working On:Designing and implementing live events, levels, and narrative-driven contentPlaytesting new content, identifying polish issues, and suggesting improvementsCollaborating with other designers, artists, and developers to ensure content meets gameplay and quality expectationsHelping maintain internal documentation and supporting the content release pipelineSupporting the localization process across multiple languagesParticipating in brainstorms and contributing creative ideas to improve or create new game systemsReviewing and analysing game data and player feedback to iterate on content🌟 What We Offer:Paid full-time internship contractHands-on experience contributing to real live games with millions of playersValuable opportunity to grow professionally while working on a commercially successful live gameExposure to the full content pipeline — from concept to releaseMentorship from experienced game designersFriendly and collaborative studio environment with creative autonomyHybrid working model — 3 days per week in our London officePlease note: we are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this positionInterested in joining us?
