Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Technician who is committed to providing high-quality, customer-focused lawn care services. As a Lawn Care Technician, you will serve as our customer-facing brand ambassador, applying top-quality, environmentally sensitive products, aerating and seeding lawns, performing shop work, and offering new services to customers and prospects in the field.

Ideal Candidate:

• Enjoys working outdoors and independently with minimal supervision
• Possesses a strong work ethic, valid driver’s license, clean driving record, reliable transportation, and good attendance
• Has good written and verbal communication skills
• Is enthusiastic about working outdoors in various weather conditions
• Can operate machinery and meet production goals
• Can lift in excess of 50 pounds

Qualifications:

Experience in the lawn care industry is desirable but not mandatory.
