Learning Support Assistant

Vision for Education is supporting our client College for ongoing support within their Learning Support Department. We are seeking several Teaching Assistants for a mix of Full and Part-time roles starting in Autumn 2024. While roles at our College often become permanent, fixed-term placements are also available. The department offers training, support, and opportunities for career progression.

Since the start of the academic year, we’ve successfully placed over 25 Teaching Assistants at the College, who now require additional support. As a Learning Support Assistant, your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 or small group support to learners with additional needs. The College offers a wide variety of courses, requiring a flexible and hands-on attitude.

Criteria

  • A proactive, positive individual who can offer flexibility in a busy college environment is essential.
  • Qualifications or experience are not essential. However, applicants without experience in education are encouraged to submit a covering letter with their CV.
