DUTIES TO INCLUDE:
- Providing full-spectrum Private Personal Assistant support on a 24/7 basis.
- Managing complex and evolving global calendars and travel schedules.
- Coordinating with Executive Assistants, aviation teams, and stakeholders.
- Overseeing wardrobe management across multiple properties.
- Handling packing and unpacking for travel, considering preferences and contingencies.
- Booking and managing personal, wellness, and medical appointments.
- Traveling extensively to ensure all arrangements meet standards.
- Researching and curating bespoke itineraries, dining, and cultural experiences.
- Acting as liaison between the principal and household teams.
- Procurement of luxury goods, rare items, and bespoke gifts.
- Overseeing property and asset maintenance globally.
- Serving as a confidante, advisor, and problem-solver, always proactive.
ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
- Minimum of 5+ years supporting UHNWI, royalty, or top-tier industry leaders.
- High mobility passport for visa-free travel and residence in Canada.
- Proven experience supporting high-profile individuals in demanding environments.
- Absolute discretion and confidentiality.
- Well-connected network of trusted suppliers and service providers.
- Impeccable attention to detail and presentation.
- Native-level English; additional languages a plus.
- High emotional intelligence, tact, resilience, and judgment.
- Proactive, intuitive, and anticipatory in needs.
- Culturally sensitive and confident in elite environments.
