My client, an ambitious and fast-growing investment firm, is seeking a high-calibre Executive Assistant to support its Founder. Operating at the intersection of private equity, entrepreneurial finance, and high-growth innovation, the firm is on an exciting journey, and this role offers a unique opportunity to join at a formative stage and contribute meaningfully to its success.

You will support the Founder across a wide range of business activities, requiring a proactive, organised, and highly professional individual. The role

  • Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the Founder
  • Manage a demanding and ever-changing calendar with precision
  • Coordinate meetings, calls, and complex travel

  • Prepare materials, presentations, and correspondence

You will be/have
