A Leading Regional civil engineering contractor are recruiting a for a Senior Engineer / Sub Agent to join their busy Southeastern Division. They are ideally seeking an individual in the North Kent / Crawley area as they have recently been awarded a large highways project which is due to break ground in March 2025. The successful candidate will have experience of working on civil engineering projects as the company specialise in the following; Highways and Bridges Environment Agency Works Rivers and Fluvial Coastal and Marine Public Realm Works Section 278 Works Power & Energy Sector Senior Engineer / Sub Agent duties include: Advising the engineering team with solutions to technical challenges Assist in production and integration of 3-week programmes Manage designs from the inhouse and external designers Support the project team with construction methodology and sequencing Collaborate with the project team on resource, plant and material requirements Training and mentoring the junior members of the engineering team Demonstrate value engineering throughout the construction process Managing RFI’s and Technical Queries Benefits: Competitive basic salary Company car or car allowance Company Pension Scheme Private Healthcare Holidays to include all Bank Holidays Company bonus schemeThe business will be able to keep you working on the South Coast, offering a variety of projects, security and package that reflects your contribution to the company.
