Mechanical Engineer Location: Cambridge Salary: Up to £44,500 per annum + Overtime + On-Call Allowance We are currently seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to join our team, working across a modern data centre and two commercial offices. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Level 3 qualified Mechanical Engineer or Plumbing professional to build a stable and rewarding career with a supportive company. Key Responsibilities: Performing reactive maintenance and ensuring the seamless operation of systems within the data centre and commercial offices. Installation, servicing, and repair work, particularly involving plumbing systems. Supporting the team with general mechanical engineering tasks. On-call rotation every 1 in 8 weeks, with a £130 weekly standby allowance (or £240 during bank holidays). About You: Level 3 qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Plumbing. Proven experience in plumbing installation and reactive maintenance is highly desirable. Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
