Support Worker – Lanarkshire Houses, Carluke & Lanark

Salary: £23,650.70 pa / £12.60 per hour (+ £13.23 nightshift premium)

Hours: Full-time, 36 hrs/week, 12-hour shifts (rotational, weekdays & weekends)

Locations: Windmill Gardens, Carluke (ML8 4EZ) & occasional support at Dovecot Lane, Lanark (ML11 7PX)

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-to-one or two-to-one personalised care
• Support with personal care, dressing, medication, mobility, and communication
• Assist with meals, household tasks, and daily routines
• Facilitate or join in community activities like shopping, cinema trips, or family visits
• Encourage confidence, independence, and a sense of belonging

About You

• Experience preferred but not essential — full training provided
• Driving licence preferred, but non-drivers welcome (travel costs covered)
