An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Bicester Branch to aid our expansion and growth plan. We are looking for a results motivated Recruitment Consultant. You will be responsible for generating new business to a range of clients in the Oxfordshire area. We are looking for a confident and motivated candidate to join the team and hit the ground running. To be successful in the role, you will need to be able to demonstrate the following; Excellent communication skills Business to Business Sales experience (Minimum of 1 year) Confident in an approach to cold call and sell our services both by telephone and face to face Organised and able to multi task PC literate including Word and Excel Excellent customer service Target driven and motivated by your own success Full Driving Licence and own vehicle The role will be Monday to Friday, with flexibility dependent on business needs.
