A private equity-backed organisation undergoing significant transformation is seeking a high-calibre Organisational Design Lead / Senior Manager to support its growth and structural evolution. This is a strategic opportunity to influence the future operating model of a dynamic, commercially driven business at a pivotal point in its journey.
This is a hybrid, London based role reporting into the Organisational Design Director. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to shape and deliver organisation-wide design initiatives. The role will be responsible for:
- Leading the design and implementation of scalable, future-fit structures
- Conducting data-driven organisational diagnostics and effectiveness reviews
- Facilitating design workshops and supporting enterprise transformation projects
- Developing business cases with robust cost-benefit and workforce impact analysis
- Ensuring alignment with Reward, Talent, and Workforce Planning functions
Candidates will have proven experience in organisational design or operating model transformation within complex, fast-paced environments—ideally including consulting or PE-backed settings. Key skills and attributes include:
