We are seeking an experienced Network and Information Security Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and configuring network equipment (Cisco, Juniper, etc.) and ensuring the smooth operation of the ZSTACK cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strictly abide by local laws, regulations, and company policies to perform network maintenance and information security tasks.
- Require 1-3 years of experience in network maintenance, configuration, cybersecurity, and information management.
- Hard-working and quick learner.
- Have experience with current data protection legislation and an in-depth understanding of GDPR.
- Follow guidance from HQ network and information security department to support network operations, including VPN setup, DNS management, AP management, firewall configuration, WAF (e.g., Akamai), SIEM (e.g., IBM QRadar), etc.
- Be familiar with IP networking, and with maintenance and configuration of Cisco and Juniper equipment.
- Have experience with Linux system administration; experience with ZSTACK or VMware is preferred.
- Provide IT support and endpoint security for office hardware and software, including laptops, desktops, and other devices.
- Support ISO 27001 audits and other regulatory requirements.
- Configure and maintain office VOIP telephony systems.
- Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience in network maintenance or information security management roles.
- Strong knowledge of IP network protocols, maintenance, configuration, firewall management, and data security practices.
- Experience with VOIP systems, VPN technologies, DNS management, WAF administration, SIEM management.
- Familiarity with automated deployment tools, disaster recovery, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder interaction.
- Experience managing information security compliance and ISO 27001 certification.
- Hands-on experience with firewall and switch maintenance and configuration.
- Preferred certifications include CISSP, CCNP, or HCIP or higher.
- Experience with cloud environments and infrastructure such as ZSTACK, VMware, etc.
