Marshall Grimsby is looking for a Transaction Manager. We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our BMW & MINI Dealership based in Grimsby to facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties, and additional products. Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who is looking to progress their career.
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday with every other weekend off.
What you'll do:
- Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines.
- Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for good outcomes with sales performance.
- Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
- Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
Your profile:
- Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
- Comfortable working to deadlines.
- You have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
- Strong attention to detail and compliance.
- A team player who can use own initiative and multi-task.
- Excellent customer management skills.
