Key Responsibilities: Provide individualised support to Reception students with special educational needs (SEN). Implement tailored learning activities under the direction of the classroom teacher. Assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. Monitor and track students\’ progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Foster social, emotional, and educational development. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times. Requirements: Relevant SEN qualification or proven experience in a similar role. Experience working with children with ADHD, Autism, and moderate learning difficulties. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
