About The Role
We are looking to recruit a Store Manager for our store in Beckton, London UK. Are you our next superhero and looking to progress your retail management career? If so, we would like to hear from you. At this very exciting time of business growth, come and join us on our journey.
Salary: £40,000+ depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales floor, cash office and all back office duties on a day-to-day basis
- Maximising sales performance throughout the Store
- Achieving Company KPI's in terms of Sales, Stockloss, Health and Safety, and Wages
- Recruiting, training, developing, managing and rostering colleagues
- Ensuring the Store delivers exceptional customer service
- Delivering exemplary standards with in-store presentation, stock control, shrinkage & administration compliance
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience as an Assistant/Store Manager in a fast-paced high-volume retail environment
- Strong numerical, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service skills and a commitment to building good relationships with the customers, your team and other key stakeholders
- Proficiency in Microsoft office packages and a working knowledge of retail computerised management and control systems
- Must be available to work flexible hours including weekdays, late nights and weekends
