A top-tier professional services firm is on the lookout for a sharp, detail-driven Pitch Executive to take charge of high-impact proposals and pitch materials. This is a standout opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and knows how to turn insights into compelling content.
The Pitch Executive will lead the coordination and creation of tailored, high-quality pitch documents that align with strategic business goals. From managing multiple projects to crafting persuasive content, this role is central to driving business development success. This is a 12 month fixed term contract and can be based in Manchester, Sheffield or Leeds.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate end-to-end pitch and proposal development
- Draft, edit, and proofread content with precision and flair
- Conduct market and client research to sharpen competitive edge
- Collaborate with partners, lawyers, and business teams on complex bids
- Keep pitch databases updated and track performance metrics
- Identify and implement process improvements for greater efficiency
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience of working within a bid / pitch team
