Maintenance Supervisor

Maintenance Supervisor – Luxury Residential – Central/West London Our client is a leading high-end residential construction company based in west London. They are growing their maintenance team and are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor . This person will be responsible for managing and supervising day to day maintenance queries of company clients, reporting into the Maintenance Manager . The ideal candidate for this role with be/have: A basic understanding of Mechanical & Electrical Systems At least 2 years\’ experience in property maintenance (preferably High-End Residential) An excellent communicator Ensuring high levels of client satisfaction through professional service Independent and a self-starter A tidy and presentable appearance A valid UK driving license Job details: Start date: ASAP Location: Central, Southwest & West London Hours: 8am to 5pm (with potential overtime, the supervisor will also be \’on-call\’ fortnightly, including weekends with remuneration provided) Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 (depending on experience) We will contact shortlisted candidates to discuss the role further and arrange next steps.
